These works involved the demolition of existing lift shafts and cores and formation of new risers and lifts plus the installation of a new external fire escape stair and associated cladding. Further works to the three retained studios including a large asbestos removal package (£2.2m).Bullring, Birmingham - Value £1.25m - Employed by Hammerson.To undertake the soft strip and new layout installation of retail units within the live Bullring shopping centre, which incorporated new walls, floor finishes, land lord service supplies.Olympic Stadium Transformation Works - Value £1.2m - Employed by Mace.To undertake the removal and saving of 22,000 seats and demolish the lower tier of the stadium to facilitate roof removal works.Cambridge Military Hospital, Aldershot - Value £2.45m - Employed by Grainger Plc.To undertake the structural review and making safe of the listed hospital that had been dormant for 18 years, and then undertaking the complicated asbestos removal.Charles House, Kensington – Value £2.47m – Employed by Berkeley Homes.Soft strip and complete demolition of a 10 storey office block.
