Joined Heineken UK to lead the analysis across a workstream of a digital transformation programme, where the business was looking to improve process, address technical debt and refresh a number of key applications across their On-trade, off trade and retail business. This gave great insight in a number of areas including product selection (RFP process) and large scale Agile transformation. · Leading business analysis across a range of projects in a FMCG (SAP) environment as part of a large scale business transformation project. Providing support, advice and mentoring to colleagues to help facilitate successful project delivery.· Engagement with 3rd party vendors to asses potential solutions that meet business requirements. Created best practice for assessment of vendor RFP submissions.· Promoting the use of Agile techniques and approaches including Scrum and Kanban within BA Community of Practice. Utilising methods such as impact mapping and user story mapping to support these approaches.

Joined LVJB as an opportunity to drive forward and lead key development projects while working closely with end users. This role gave me an opportunity to both lead a dev team through many successful deliveries but also gave an opportunity to focus more on analysis and provide new insight into how the organisation could look to improve process.  · Led a process improvement programme of work across the business. • Joined on the highly sought after BAE apprenticeship scheme . During my tenure I held a variety of roles, getting exposure to all elements of software engineering and manufacturing process.• Worked through a number of roles, from trainee up, through the graduate program to a level of software dev team lead before deciding to pursue other opportunities outside the organisation. • BAE was a great learning environment where the emphasis was on training up engineers rather than focusing on single area of expertise.
