Sr Integration Developer Team Lead
Dallas/Fort Worth Area
At IPeople I lead a small team of software developers through the full life cycle of agile software development. We are responsible for coming up with creative solutions to help software companies integrate with the HCIS (Health Care Information System) known as Meditech. Our objective is to improve patient care by giving health care providers the tools and automation needed to handle patient information quickly and accurately between both vendor/client and vendor/vendor software. If you have data and you're tired of manually moving/gathering it, then contact us at http://ipeople.com/contact-us.We plan, develop, test, and document software that is used to integrate our in-house products with a variety of different EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems. I primarily work with VB and SQL languages, but some projects have required C#. Our integration's rely on skills with WPF, WCF, API, XML, JSON, Web Services, Windows Forms, SQL Server, HTML, and VBScript. Industry specific technologies include CCOW, SAML and many different forms of HL7 messaging. We are adding more tech to that list every day. I worked with Project Management to integrate my department into a new agile project platform called Jira. I also take on the project management roll as well as develop and deliver projects without the need for supervision.I share in the following responsibilities: • Software development • Technical analysis of client contracts • Planning and development of custom solutions • Team building and employee training • Software quality control • Project ManagementNobody likes conflict, but we are people and conflict happens. As lead interface developer I’m also responsible for tending to escalated issues that may arise. If required, I also look over the project and assess how to get it back on track. When faced with conflict I help keep the teams (clients and vendors) focused on the solution for a quick and confident closer.
