TM Logistics – 3PL provider for Deere Hitachi.1/13-present – General Supervisor/Human Resouces Manager - TM Logistics-Provide overall day to day management of 110 personnel providing 3PL support to Deere-Hitachi. Reduced our overall cost per piece by 36.94% over the first 6 months of the year by utilizing time studies, metric measurements and process improvements. Completed $0.5 million warehouse reorganization/racking project designed to take 8 weeks in 6 while supporting full production. 12/12-12/13 – Logistics Engineer TM Logistics provides 3PL support for Deere-Hitachi. They operate a 280,000 sq ft facility with 117 support personnel. Deere Hitachi is expanding its capacity with a $98 million expansion. I currently provide a program managers role for the integration of our current operation into the new facility. I also provide lean manufacturing/process engineering support utilizing Six Sigma principles to improve the current operation.

Responsible for all aspects of running a $35 million facility delivering excellent service to customers in 8 states. Responsible for all aspects of the operation, including our fiscal, safety, logistics, maintenance, personnel management and personnel development of the facility.
