Held several different executive positions of increasing responsibility during my time with Pella beginning with the role of Vice-President of Distribution Sales. During the last four years, I was responsible for all marketplace strategies, activities, and results for the second largest window/door brand in North America with sales between $1B and $2B. In my previous position as a Sr. Group Vice President, I was responsible for the manufacturing operations, product development, engineering, and the attainment of all revenue and profit goals for Pella's Wood Window Division. This position provided direct operations experience with oversight of seven manufacturing plants with approximately 4000 team members.

I joined Whirlpool immediately after graduating with my MBA, and I had eleven different positions of increasing responsibility during my thirteen years with the company. As an appointed officer in my last role as the Brand GM for the flagship brand, my team and I were responsible for strategy development, marketplace execution, and attainment of our Brand P&L and Market Share targets for the Whirlpool brand in the U.S. (approx. $2B annual sales). Previous roles were all within the Sales and Marketing functions including the Brand GM for the Value-tier brands, Director of Product Marketing for different products, Director of a Global Market Research Project; and various sales management roles.
