• Responsible for program daily operations including strategic planning, academic programming, staff development, curricular development, public affairs, food service operations, health services operations, budgetary planning and execution, and other program services.• Develop and maintain relationships with school systems, government agencies, and other entities throughout the state to broaden awareness about the program and develop program stake holders. • Assist department supervisors with budget formulation requirements as well as monitoring the overall program budget and working with the Oklahoma Military Department and the National Guard Bureau to ensure strict budget guidelines are met.• Quality control agent of the program database software for the Oklahoma Youth Challenge program.• Oversee any and all special projects

• Responsible for overall execution and operation of daily activities of the branch.• Oversee and complete all auto purchase loans, auto refinance loans, mortgage refinance loans, credit card sales, cash on demand sales, and home equity line of credit sales• Present and discuss various financing and insurance options, as well as, service agreements• Maintain and increase a customer database by implementing prospecting techniques• Responsible for implementing sales techniques and tracking tools• Develop and maintain professional relationships with local automotive dealers to increase sales opportunities• Assist in all supervisory roles including hiring, training, and evaluating staff• Help with the processing of customer’s payments • Maintain weekly contact with other Branch, Regional, and District Managers to evaluate progress and learn new sales techniques• Help with the processing of all branch mortgage loans • Obtain and analyze customer’s credit reports• Maintain the Regions repossessed units and insurance product sales
