Throughout my career spanning over seven years, I have been eager to grab exciting opportunities. Moreover, it has been remained my inmost desire to arouse new vistas of thinking in the realm of IT among juniors / employees and colleagues. During my term in field, I received appreciation of customers and management in executing tasks. Drawing upon the present role of Operator, I well-prepared to advance to IT Support because I have CompTIA A+ Certification to improve operational efficiency of systems and network. More accurately, I am passionate to apply my knowledge and skills to install and configure computers’ hardware / software by troubleshooting issues. After having requisite knowledge in the IT domain, I am well-equipped to achieve success in performing tests / evaluations and revamping entire system. On the flip side, I have this great attribute to provide immediate insight to team on all IT-related issues to achieve collective goals. I have this great ability to manage IT projects from conception to execution as per agreed standards. My passion to accelerate the process of progress in midst of fast-paced and highly-regulated environment is the hallmark of my capabilities. Over the period of time, my expertise is acknowledged as an Operator where I have progressed by leaps and bounds in attaining higher position and maintaining sublime standards.
