Supervise production shift operations. Lead shift personnel in the execution of all production related activities. Drive a continuous improvement culture to ensure Zero Accidents, Zero Defects and Zero Waste. Ensure cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) are in place and in use. Ensure all relevant safety standards and procedures are in place and in use. Recruit and supervise staff to effectively lead and motivate in the delivery of department goals. Leverage the Tiered Accountability Process (TAP) to drive performance management across the balanced scorecard of safety, quality, service, and cost. Embed and drive a continuous improvement culture, incorporating the GPS standards to proactively identify and solve problems. Ensure a quality right first-time culture through a robust Self Inspection Audit process. Represent the value stream during regulatory audits and inspections (internal and external) as directed by line management. Ensure robust communication within the department, including daily shift handover process, visual metrics and recognition and reward process.

Manage the coordination of line processing and people allocation to ensure Conformance to Schedule is met in all areas. Work in coordination with other associates across different roles to ensure production staff have the proper tools to provide a safe work environment. Identify and lead through GPS standards, process improvements in all areas to increase safety, quality, and equipment efficiency to align with site strategies. Extensive knowledge in conducting higher level deviation problem solving towards a goal of Zero Defects. Provide support to supervisor in managing line side performance to identify gaps and escalate problems occurring in the area that potentially affect product quality and safety. Subject matter expertise in systems such as eBRS, MERP, Veeva Docs, MyLearning, IP21, and ActivePlant.

Perform the analysis and conversion from a paper to an electronic batch record through eBRS recipe authoring and related Master Data Management. Maintaining a business process understanding and ability to apply/translate processes into logical sequences. Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the usage of eBRS and ePEL providing support to all site areas for business related incidents by determining the issue is related to Date, Training, Workflow Design/State or Tech Software Operation.

Supervise production crews to deliver quality products, manufactured in a safe way to fulfill the needs of the customers. Ensure Safety standards are in place and followed by all staff and visitors. Manage shift crews, operations, and activities in production. Ensure continuous improvements driving towards Zero Accidents, Zero Defects and Zero Waste. Utilize the performance management and accountability Standards to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Lead the team to deliver daily improvements (relating to safety, quality, line performance, customer service & cost). Print and organize batch documents. Review batch documents and Systec Summary Reports for accuracy prior to submitting complete document to OQ for final review.

Operated, challenged, and cleaned equipment, in accordance with cGMPs, Batch Documentation, SOPs, ZSPs and JSAs, as required Demonstrated a proficiency in systems/applications required for job performance ( eg. DELTA, SAP, MyLearning, etc). Recorded and reviewed Batch processing information. Utilized and continuously improved the GSK Production System standards (i.e. 5s, standard work, problem solving, Gemba, process confirmations, and performance management) towards the goal of Zero Accidents, Zero Defects, and Zero Waste. Record safety, quality and performance data. Utilized systems/applications required for job performance (i.e. DELTA, MyLearning, FreeWeigh, DISY, Active Plant, IP21, etc). Performed housekeeping/sanitization activities to maintain production areas in inspection ready conditions.
