Providing core drilling optimization services of drillstring integrity, wellbore hydraulics and PPFG analysis. I have a comprehensive experience of different well types with a variety of operators. As part of my role I have consistently achieved successful and rapid interpretations and solutions for drilling related issues.From February 2018 I was assigned to AkerBP Operations where I have been supporting operations on the DeepSea Stavanger and Scarabeo 8 semi-submersible drilling rigs. The work has involved supporting a variety of different well types and has included the World's first dual derrick drilling operation and the breaking of multiple performance records on the Aerfugl campaign. Previously, I had been assigned to Shell UK where I was supporting land based and offshore drilling jobs in their WellVantage centre in Aberdeen.I worked in Abu Dhabi for 18months on the Upper Zakum Field where I provided Sperrys Drilling’s ADT service for drilling ultra ERD wells which were the longest wells ever drilled in the UAE. I provided RT Torque and Drag and Hydraulics analysis at the wellsite and gave RT interpretation regarding wellbore condition. I started my drilling optimization career assigned to ConocoPhillips UK with some short term work with DONG energy. I provided pre-well, RT and post-well analysis and achieved many cost saving opportunities for the client. Both were high profile HPHT/MPD projects including many top quartile wells.

I provided RT chemostratigraphic analysis at the wellsite to assist the wellsite geologist in picking formation tops and units and members within formations. The job involved methodically preparing cuttings samples for XRF analysis at the wellsite in order to provide a chemical signature for identifying formations and units and members therein. This was particularly useful in situations where biostratigraphy and other traditional formation evaluation methods such as visual cuttings analysis and LWD analysis could not easily identify changes in formation.
