Chris possesses over 20 years of Corporate Banking experience with NAB, Bankwest & CBA in Business Development and Relationship Management roles where he was responsible for delivering high valued clients a range of financial products and services including debt and investment advisory, cashflow management, wealth creation and risk management strategies.Also as a Property Developer at Aqui Property Group, Chris has worked on both sides of the transaction which gives him a deeper understanding and knowledge of deal structuring, complex credit and risk analysis, financial modelling and project management.Chris has built long standing relationships with a wide spectrum of lenders including the major banks, non-bank lenders, private lenders and HNW individuals. Experience gained over the last 20 years include:- Property Development including site acquisition, project feasibility analysis, sales and marketing management and general project management.- All components of the property development and construction finance process including deal structuring, attracting HNW equity investors, syndicated equity partners, joint venture partners, mezzanine lenders and senior debt lenders to deliver holistic funding solutions.- Private loan arrangements including structuring the loan, capital raising, loan drawdown and ongoing loan management to deliver investors a superior risk adjusted return on their investment whilst providing the borrower with a value add service to enable the project to proceed or satisfy their overall funding requirements.
