Strategic Program Delivery (SPD) manages mission-critical, complex, cross-line of business (xLOB) initiatives to deliver substantial firmwide business outcomes. SPD is a technology focused organization that places strong emphasis on collaboration, communication and business value. The function is uniquely positioned to deliver benefits under a single delivery structure spanning Global Technology, Cybersecurity & Tech Controls and Corporate & Investment Bank Technology. The portfolio includes both Regulatory and Strategic change initiatives covering areas such as the London Inter-Bank Offered Rate (LIBOR) cessation, Brexit, Securities Financing Transaction Reporting (SFTR), Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), and acquisition integration programs.

Black Organisational Leadership Development - Additional Role

BOLD is a firmwide business resource function providing all employees, specifically those of African descent, with an empowering environment that focuses on professional and personal development in support of the company's business goals and initiatives. BOLD EMEA is a proud partner of the Black Executive Forum, the Black Leadership Forum, and the Advancing Black Leaders Strategy. As Chief of Staff my role is to lead four core pillars within the function, Finance and Business Management, Events and Marketing, Communications, and Technology across all EMEA locations.
