Project Manager/Systems Analyst for the City of Maryville - Financial/Human Resource/Utility Billing switch from green screen to WYSIWYG environments. Largest to date project outside of construction. Project exceeded 2.6M to date. Trained users on new processes and software programs. Installed systems over LAN to ensure uptime and managed all integrations of different software that was used in conjuction. Set up pay by e-commerce, a first for Maryville, set up all conditions of workload, servers, reporting. Lead System Administrator of Financial, Payroll, Human Resources, Electric/Water/Stormwater systems. Adapted users to new systems. Used other cities (Rock Hill, SC) to adapt and build team usage times. Used PMI standards to move project, build project, and allocate time for useful resources during project infancy. Worked with City of Maryville as System Admin of both MsGovern and Cayenta systems during and after go-live. Stood in as acting manager to remove issues and give quality training to users.

Transitional merger of domain that was stolen from the city. I was given a budget but able to get this with my understanding of various copyright, squatting, and law from the Clinton administration with no lawyers and no ransom payment. Very exciting times in my early career. Management showed that they respected my decisions and allowed me to work on the fly. I was able to secure "FoothillsFallFestival.com, FoothillsFallFestival.net, and FoothillsFallFestival.org". The owning company was squatting them due to issues from past dealings. Avoided court and lawyers by reciting the law from the recent Federal Squat Laws that had been put into place. Built this domain and lead the technical web team. Domain now brings in over 1 million in unique user impressions. Later grabbed MaryvilleGov as a identity. MaryvilleGov now enjoys over 30k unique user impressions from all parts of the globe. Since Maryville is a mecca of sorts when it comes to many markets, particularly Denso Corporation from Japan. The city has a rich social and economic background and has been a haven for those moving in, out, passing, and just vacationing. Worked closely with our media manager, public information officer, and the Event Coordinator. Mentored by the Finance Information Officer and Director of Information Services.
