I am proud to be leading the NCTC Foundation's efforts to raise funds for student scholarships. Not only do I get to evangelize for our scholarship endowments, but I have the privilege of working directly with the Foundation Board and campus-specific boards, totaling over 60 volunteers!

Geex gives organizations the ability to manage multiple gaming communities and events/tournaments. GEEX connects schools, students, brands, and publishers through esports and digital recreation technologies.

My first startup providing esports consulting services to colleges and universities exploring the addition of a competitive esports program.

I have the privilege of working for an innovative university that has engaged with the current esports market. As the new Head Coach of our varsity eSports team, I have the joy of recruiting and offering scholarships to a new generation of educated gamers. I also had the opportunity to lead a group of students through building an Esports Expo, which ultimately reached over 60,000 people through the student's online broadcast of the event!

I have the privilege of engaging and encouraging students, staff, faculty, and local community members to live a balanced and well life. As a Director, I oversee the operations of the Jane and Ken Meyer Wellness and Sport Center. Supervising and mentoring college student workers, student Work Studies, and a fantastic group of department supervisors are a part of my daily life. I teach character education, professional development, the importance of living a balanced and well lifestyle, and work to build emerging adults of integrity with founded faith in Jesus Christ. I cast vision for the Wellness Center so we may better meet the needs of the individuals we have the opportunity to impact. I also work to maintain and improve our facilities while achieving the Universities' Pathways for Success Initiatives. Working under the umbrella of Student Development, I help form an intentional, missional community, an environment for academic success, and a platform for others to realize their potential in Christ.

I have the had the joy of living with and leading 200 college men in a dormitory setting. I oversee the operations of the dorm and professional functions of the office. I supervise and mentor college students who function as Resident Assistants to the dorm and student Work Studies in the office. I teach character education, professional development, biblical studies, and work to build men of integrity and faith in Jesus Christ. I cast vision for the dorm in order to accomplish the Residence Life goals and the Universities' Pathways for Success Initiatives. I help form an intentional, missional community, an environment for academic success, and a platform for young men to realize their potential in Christ.

Oversaw all Residential components of a Residential Treatment Center designed to help struggling teens with attachment disorders. Supervised a staff of 70. Managed multiple budgets, totaling $1.7mil. Member of CALO Leadership Team. Contributed residential feedback to new gym/school building project. Cast vision for and implement residential projects and policy changes. Responsible for all residential staff hiring, training, development, and discipline.

Human Resources Manager and Mechanical Manager of a family entertainment center. I was responsible for all hiring, training, and terminating of employees. I oversaw mechanical daily operations. I handled money from kiosks and registers. Customer service specialist.

I was privaleged to be the first College Program Director, started the program and developed it from 30 students to 200 students. I was able to mentor students (both one-on-one and in small groups), plan events, and facilitated and led retreats and trips for college students. I also had the responsibility of managing, teaching, and supervising 10 college student interns.
