I'm known as the digital and real estate marketing expert at The Paperless Agent, a marketing tech company that gives real estate practitioners tools to improve their performance with technology and online marketing.Over the course of my career, I've been a software developer, product manager specializing in subscription models, have worked with the real estate industry’s most well known leaders, and ran sales and marketing for a two-time Inc. 500 award-winning company.Since 2013, I've devoted my energy to growing our real estate technology & marketing company. In the last 10 years, we've gone from just a handful of people to a team of over 30 people and over $5M in annual sales... without having to take on any debt or sell parts of the firm.A little about my work life... I host weekly webcasts to an audience of 4000 real estate professionals every month, manage social media accounts with over 200,000 followers, and have over 65,000 hours of video watch time on our Youtube Channel. My team generates over 5000 leads per month, and together we run the marketing for my real estate firm in Austin, Texas.When I'm not marketing or managing business stuff, you can find me spending time with his spouse of almost 20 years and 4 kids. I also spend a considerable amount of reading books on theology, philosophy, and historical fiction.
