I consider myself somewhat unique in the world of software implementation and HR. My background in development and project management has served me extremely well in some key roles, where I have been able to make a real difference in digital transformation approaches and to how an organisation looks to recruit, develop and retain their employees.The core of my approach within HR is the customer experience...without a positive experience whatever the outcome, we can't build and maintain a great process.I naturally gravitate towards project based roles, where I can utilise my skills to really deep-dive into an organisation, then make informed improvement proposals.
