Work with new clients to implement the e-CImpact grant management software and provide ongoing account management to grant-making organizations across the United States and Canada to help achieve their grant and reporting goals.Provide direct support and training resources for e-CImpact grant management software to almost 200 nonprofits, foundations, and governmental entities.Oversee the new client implementation process across the Seabrooks team and work with implementation managers to improve the implementation process and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for new users.
