Directly assist service manager in daily operations of all service activities,utilize my skills and training as a technical assistant, shop foreman and dispatcher to expedite service work completion times, ensure fluid service flow to maximize available shop hours, maintain department Mark of Excellence training compliance, responsible for trouble-shooting technical problems and issues, assist in improving customer retention.

I was the Service Dept. Manager. Duties included all of the day to day service activities, maintaining customer relations and improving customer retention. Coordinated the General Motors Training programs for the technicians and keeping the CSI numbers above zone scores.

Directly assisted service manager in daily operations of all service activities, Supervised service department personnel, arranged specialized training and tools to techs, Supervised Collision Center for eight months during management transition (4 body technicians, 2 painters), Coordinated Used Car Reconditioning Program from time of acquisition to time of display (saving company time and money reducing sublet services), Responsible for daily shop activities including shop and tool maintenance.

Coordinated paper flow for 15 Technicians & 4 Service Advisors, Monitored and ensured “promised” work completion times were met, Optimized available shop hours, Responsible for processing and expediting repair orders for payment.
