My responsibilities cut across all marketing functions, audience insights and data/analytics as well as responsibility for the global distribution sales and reach targets.My experience highlights include all aspects of marketing including digital, trade and brand/consumer.More recently I have been leading work around the development of subscription business models for global audiences.I have extensive experience managing commercial sales targets both at the BBC and previously at BA in both their commercial business areas.I have looked after audience insights, as well as data and analytics and have extensive experience in the end to end customer experience, on and offline.I am passionate about bringing a brand strategy to life and then delivering on its targets whether they be revenue, audience growth, loyalty or customer engagement.I am also passionate about leadership and have led and developed large teams in the UK and around the world, and I believe as much in the how we do what we do as much as the what.
