I manage the Federal Transit Administration’s audit liaison program with the Government Accountability Office and the Office of the Inspector General. Author organizational responses for published watchdog final reports; head meetings between auditors and program offices; and brief periodic updates to executive leadership.

Drove the communications efforts for a new national memorial that was unveiled in Washington, DC in September 2020. Responsibilities included: developing and executing strategies for multi-media engagement, speechwriting for public and elected officials, crafting articles for publication, and coordinating with the Commission's public relations firm to market the memorial's message.The Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission (EMC) was created by Congress in 1999 with the passage of Public Law 106-79. The EMC’s congressional mandate is to establish an appropriate, permanent national memorial to Dwight D. Eisenhower. The enabling legislation dictates that a memorial should be created to perpetuate Eisenhower’s memory and his contributions to the Unites States, specifically his service as Supreme Commander of Allied Forces in World War II and as 34th President of the United States.

Directed the day-to-day operations and performance delivery of 120 cross-functional personnel ensuring the alignment of workflow with organizational objectives. Provided strategic leadership in the delivery of training, personnel management, legal compliance, and administration. Oversaw the management and protection of $15M in assets.

Provided comprehensive assistance in the management of departmental initiatives. Drafted agency reports for presentation, memorandums, and directives for dissemination to ~800 personnel. Liaised cross-departmentally to provide clear communication as a representative of the organization. Administered the organization’s social media channels.

Selected to manage and mentor a team of 45 professionals ensuring deployment readiness by overseeing training, maintenance, performance management, and employee engagement.
