Joined Bostik to rebuild the marketing communications team from the ground up with a focus on elevating the quality of the brand. As the business grew from $80M to $250M the team expanded in size. Today’s team supports three countries and is located throughout the US and Mexico built to grow the Bostik business as well as its acquisitions. The team is highly regarded within the organization for the quality of work and can do attitude.Lead multiple brand building campaigns focused on specifiers, architects, designers and contractors. Tactics included contests, digital, print, sponsorships, trade shows and events. Trained to become a Salesforce subject matter expert and lead the Americas re-deployment of Salesforce.com Lighting. Managed the data migration and training of 120 employees. Manages the annual marketing strategies supported via 7 figure marketing budget. Deployed several digital technologies to improve the customer experience including a Bostik app, mobile website, CMS, POS touch screens, CRM, customer locator, etc. Launched a comprehensive architectural spec program utilizing the services of Dodge, Reed, Sweets, Arcat, AEC Daily, AIA, BIM, etc. Developed a loyalty program to grow the Bostik brand with contractors. The program has exceeded revenue goals within the first 2 years. Launched Esko and other custom saas software to automate and bring process efficiencies to the business. Rolled out aggressive SEM and SEO activities to promote the Bostik brand and improve web conversions.Supporting over 800 pieces of literature I closed down an internal offset print shop and upgraded to a modern print on demand service. With a looming deadline and possible business disruption I hired a team to update 1,200 packaging SKUs for California’s consumer Prop 65 compliance.

My creativity has been instrumental in planning and implementing numerous product launches, social media campaigns and national ad campaigns all within an integrated PR and marketing plan.

I worked with several brands; Remington, Rayovac, Cutter and more. Each required a wide range of projects. Some of them included advertising, catalogs, photo shoots, packaging, displays, and websites. I learned to manage an extremely large workload in a fast paced environment. I delegated jobs to designers / freelance and art directed them as needed.

This pre-press department gave me extensive knowledge in dealing with short deadlines, high stress, and an environment where only perfection is accepted. I became proficient at troubleshooting, a necessity when preparing files for production.
