Prior to the merger, Aspen realized 50%+ year over year growth since inception with little marketing/advertising and in 4 years grew to become Boulder County's largest real estate management firm by number of units.Chris's Responsibilities at Aspen included: Responsible for overall corporate management of the firm.  Responsible for Corporate financial management, including business modeling/projections, AP and AR.  Manage employee procurement and oversight. Serve as complete accounting department for all clients (over $5M in annual client revenues and liquid assets).

Expanded responsibilities within my practice to include: Led corporate restructuring and strategic expansion of 2nd largest Vail Valley property management company. Negotiated and executed both buy-side and sell-side M & A transactions for companies of varying specialties. Compiled due diligence data for M & A transactions into workable form for presentation to supervisors, clients and team members. Lead commercial real estate transactions and engaged in entity formation.
