My professional career began as a corporate attorney where I provided legal services to clients in all areas of business and corporate law including M & A, employment matters, entity formation, private securities, financing, and real estate. Following my time as a practicing attorney, I was hired to work as General Counsel and Senior Vice President for Vail Valley's 2nd largest property management firm, where I served until the fall of 2008.Thereafter, I simultaneously co-founded Aspen Management, a property management firm, and LJS Capital, LLC, an investment banking firm. In 2012, I merged Aspen Management with HAVEN property Managers & Advisors to make HAVEN Boulder County's largest real estate management firm. After leaving the business of property management in 2016 to co-found Four Mile Capital, today my efforts are focused exclusively on the acquisition of high quality real estate assets throughout the United States as one of three founding partners at Four Mile Capital. I am licensed (inactive status) to practice law in both Virginia and Colorado and am a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.Specialties: Four Mile Capital specializes in Multi-Family (apartment) acquisition in select markets across the United States.
