Chris has served as trusted legal counsel to a wide range of entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small to large companies in healthcare, software, consulting, information technology, professional services, manufacturing, industrial chemicals, and consumer products industries. Chris' general counsel experience includes corporate, intellectual property, litigation, employment, compliance, data privacy, real estate, international operations, and a wide variety of commercial and government contracts. Chris has a strong and varied commercial contracting background in advising, structuring, drafting, and negotiating technology transactions, including partner/vendor agreements, OEM relationships, technology licenses, software-as-a-service (SaaS), device lifecycle management, managed services, professional services, and public sector contracting (SLED).
