Support San Jose division of a Seattle based $75Million printing company.Responsible for all HR functions of the site including:• Increased headcount from 85 to 130 employees in 12 months• Provided training to employees on HR, safety, and employee development• Part of core team that implemented ISO 9001• Developed new employee evaluation system • Processed hourly payroll

AETS provided hazardous waste disposal to companies with various waste streams. My role was to gather, pack or contain the waste (depending on the situation) based on state or federal government standards. AETS was acquired by Waste Management in the early 2000's.Duties included: packing waste based on chemical properties to be properly disposed of, consolidating flammable liquids into 55 gallons containers/drums, loading trucks properly by segregating chemicals to certain areas of truck (keeping liquids away from dangerous when wet chemicals, keeping flammables away from oxidizers, etc.). Most of the job took place at a client's site.
