In early 2021, I transitioned to the role of Global Transformation Director, overseeing a £30m technology-enabling transformation portfolio, supporting business growth for 65,000 dentsu employees across the Americas, APAC, EMEA, and Japan. Highlights include: Establishing a diverse, collaborative, global technology PMO Centre of Excellence (CoE) to facilitate smooth, dependable transformation across the Americas, EMEA, APAC and Japan. This results in a uniform, reliable framework that aligns with the Technology Executive KPI's and informs key strategic decision making. Senior Technology lead overseeing due-diligence and integration for the successful acquisition of a global omni-channel marketing production entity, bolstering dentsu’s creative digital production capabilities and adding 2,800 employees across 29 countries. Led multiple successful technology and business change management programs migrating over 10,000 employees from multiple Microsoft O365 and Google Workspace environments to a single Office 365, resulting in improved business collaboration and reducing duplication. Oversight of technology due-diligence, pre-competition and integration across dentsu international’s global portfolio of Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, with a total value of £2 billion. Managed, budgeted and responsible for a large-scale operational & transformation function and portfolio worth several million £. Supported the CIO in achieving multimillion £ budget savings and cost efficiencies to enable strategic reinvestment. Supporting the Group Technology Executive Committee in dentsu international and Dentsu Japan to drive integration and enhance cohesion across enterprise technology.

I joined dentsu International in July 2018 as Global Technology Program Director, working with the CIO. My role was to establish and manage an effective Global PMO function, and successfully deliver a series of key strategic technology-enabling transformational programs. Shortly after I joined, I was given the responsibility of all technology-related work for Mergers & Acquisitions Highlights include: Enabling 47,000 employees across 145 countries to work effectively during the global pandemic by implementing and driving business adoption of collaboration tooling in under 12 weeks. Microsoft showcased this as a Customer Story. Led a multi-year, multi-million £ program to move all on-premise infrastructure to Azure, AWS & GCP, increasing efficiency, agility and secure operations without affecting the business. Saved multi-million £ investment on legacy infrastructure and featured by Microsoft in a Customer Story. Developed and implemented a best-in-class technology integration blueprint, facilitating 36 new business acquisitions and executing 74 effective integrations, with a total value of £350 million revenue. Turned around a troubled Technology M&A program at dentsu international within 6 months of joining, resulting in substantial cost savings and rebuilding business trust by establishing highly effective collaborations.
