I lead the enablement strategy for SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) globally.

Owned Policy and Process training portfolio deployed to 10s of thousands of global Oracle sellers. Consolidated and refined entire training suite through collaboration with Oracle's Corporate Strategy and Integration Team.

Addressed performance gaps and decreased new hire ramp time by optimizing and globalizing onboarding programs.

Created policy, process, and sales tools eLearnings for Global Sales Operations, including the compensation structure for all Oracle sellers.

• Led a team that provided quality, embedded professional development through coaching in an on-demand and face-to-face environment. • Managed all aspects of technology and library services at Doherty High School, while serving as liaison to Learning Resource Services and the Division of Technology Services. • Designed and developed school websites.

• Helped students discover a love for historical research and analysis. • Created opportunities for students to continuously practice and grow their critical thinking skills.• Nominated for and won the Diamond Award for Excellence in Teaching from Rotary International.• Drove Advanced Placement (AP) matriculation to over 70% (Doherty Registrar, 2011-2015).** In addition to teaching I took the following voluntary roles: • District Mentor (2013 - 2014): enabled long-term success for new instructional staff at one of the largest school districts in state of Colorado (cde.state.co.us). • District Curriculum Development Lead (2012 - 2013): elected by fellow colleagues as a curriculum expert to participate in executive think-tank tasked to develop multi-level curricula for district-wide social studies programs.

• Provided students at Doherty High School with sustained achievement in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.• Drove program enrollment retention to over 85% (Doherty HS Registrar, 2008).

• Introduced young adolescents to the Spanish language. • Provided them necessary skills to fall in love with learning a new language.• Increased Spanish Program enrollment by over 400% (Irving MS Registrar, 2007).
