In this position I have had the pleasure to work with the finest team of professionals to date. As the marketing director I managed all the various functions both internally and externally of marketing, adverting, PR, and design. I rebuilt and managed the Paragon Private Health website adding modern responsive features and a robust physician directory that is unique in the industry. During my tenure I supported all aspects of Paragons design and marketing from patient applications and on-boarding to sales pieces, email marketing and AdWords. I helped spin off the Paragon Telehealth Company including designing the app interface and building the website. I am particularly proud of a network-wide streaming/in-person “Patient Experience” Conference that I facilitated and managed the live aspects of. I also presented the marketing initiative portions of the conference. I developed websites for each of our doctors in our network. As marketing director, I followed the protocols of Scaling-up and Lean management styles to great effect. I considered by job as a “Joy Promoter” and looked for ways of building camaraderie and personal excitement in our day-to-day lives. As marketing specialist, I designed and implemented a variety of projects including multiple award-winning: web/print advertising, billboards, the company website, social media, light video production and editing, annual reports, internal marketing, direct mail, email marketing, newsletters, photography/photo editing, and logo design. I am also integral in event planning for our annual and bi-annual events as well as help coordinating the 125th anniversary of Sheltering Arms. In 2014 I helped develop, design, research, write content, and implement a website, CRM, and CMS solution for Sheltering Arms. I also completed, researched, and professionally published the 125th anniversary history of sheltering arms in a hardbound collector’s edition book.

I develop, write and coordinate all PR/Marketing and Technology pieces including but not limited to Press Releases, Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing brochures, ad placement, event planning, press contacts, branding, and communication.

As Creative Director, Chris Hollomon has coordinated all the design, marketing, and public relations efforts for a statewide advocacy group with chapters at every public 4 year and 2 year college in the commonwealth. Duties of the Creative Director include design work for all lobbying efforts and campus design coordination, website design and maintenance, annual report design, video editing, Press Releases, Writing, coordinating events including 4 major signature events, and coordination of technology and new media; such as Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, MySpace, YouTube, Etc…. One key result of my tenure at Virignia21 was a reorganization of marketing systems that resulted in an annual saving of $35,000 dollars and an increase in capability and outreach ability.

As president, Chris Hollomon has lead a diverse and talented staff of up to eight designers and writers. As well as work directly on the design of the following projects. Key Shockwest Projects: Dewberry Engineering and PSA Architects – Worked closely with the corporate marketing team, principal Engineers, and Architects on extremely tight deadlines in order to produce illustrations, event booths, direct mail, and A/E proposals for Mulit-Million dollar projects. As a testament to the quality of his work and leadership skills, he was offered (although declined) the Senior Corporate Art Director at Dewberry Headquarters. Sikhs – Created layout and design of 24-page booklet for a White House Presidential event. The booklet commemorates the 400th Anniversary of Sikhism’s Holy Book. This work will also be presented to all of congress and heads of state. As a part-time Marketing Director, Chris Hollomon manged all the design, marketing, and public relations work for the Latin Ballet of Virginia. One of the most well known small ballets and dance schools in the state. Chris was responsible for creative and advertising initiatives, including; magazine, television, and newspaper ads; performance calendars/posters and play bills, and audio mixing; Website site management, Direct Mail and Email; as well as, logos, brochures, bookmarks, and other graphics.

- Developed design/layout/verbiage for the interior design company, proposals, and marketing materials. - Designed brochures and tradeshow booths for tradeshows, interior design awards, clients, and IFMA.

- Led and developed design/layout/verbiage for large private and public sector engineering and design proposals, providing design leadership throughout the pursuit life cycle from RFI to Orals.- Worked closely with pursuit team to create custom design based on win themes.- Participated in all aspects of the pursuit process, and provided design advice as needed.- Onboarded and coached new designers, preparing them to serve as a design lead.- Designed marketing brochures, logos, newsletters for engineering awards, internal groups, clients, etc.

- Created a company image and logo for Brain Injury Services of SWVA. - Designed a brochure from scratch to printer, including all graphics and layout. - Setup a small business network for the use of a Case Management System. - Developed other promotional materials and digitized templates for BIS SWVA.
