Teaching and providing positive learning experiences have always been at my core, it feels instinctual. I am passionate about personal development, neuroscience in leadership, positive workplace behaviour, and advanced soft skills. These are the attributes that have become instrumental for a progressive workforce and I'm always drawn to opportunities in this space.I've maintained exemplary relationships with all past colleagues and have maintained a plethora of respected connections. With notched years of experience, I've been involved at all levels of professional work ranging from administrative, and management to independent consultation. My past roles have included; Trainer / Assessor, Educational Manager, Accountable Officer, Quality Consultant, and Quality Management Coordination and Management. Currently, I'm working in organisational training and development. I've worked primarily in Aged Care and Healthcare environments.Balance of life is healthy and important. I've always maintained interests outside of my primary work. As such, I run my own photographic business and teach regularly at the Centre for Creative Photography. This is grounding and provides me the opportunity to remain connected to my right brain!Whilst predominantly assuming higher-level roles, I am happy when contributing to something worthwhile that doesn't rely on status and position. Position and title mean very little. I am demotivated by stuck thinking, rigidity, antiquated management and micromanagement. I am motivated by autonomy, equality, hybrid working, ethical behaviour and collaboration.
