Analyzes and plans implementation of imaging initiatives and strategies across organization.Ensure Workflow is running smoothly and that all imaging jobs are processed correctly.Setup and train new employees on EDCO Systems Proactively troubleshoot issues to prevent them from impacting Production.Maintain Solarity environments, including Kofax, Indicius, OnBase and other proprietary tools.Participate in department On Call rotation providing support when needed after hours.Provide analytical support and process improvement plans.

Resolve routine and complex hardware, software, and networking issues for local and remote customers. Configure, implement, maintain and upgrade Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules.Analyze user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customizationAssist in the implementation of a new ERP system throughout the organization and provide ongoing support to end users.Participate in the drafting and compilation of project documentation.Provide off-hours support as needed.
