I help clients create meaningful audience centered digital products and services through design leadership, strategic thinking and robust research.I’m a design leader and UX strategist who brings a curiosity about people and technology to digital design challenges. My extensive experience enables me to help world leading organisations on complex and ambitious digital projects. I enjoy collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams to research, design, develop and test solutions that add value to clients and their audiences.I create award winning digital solutions based on in-depth research insight and strategic design thinking. Awards include winning the International UX Award (Best Cultural Experience), Museums and the Web Award (Best of the Web) and a clutch of Webbys.I’ve a track record of increasing engagement, participation, reach, reputation and revenue for well known clients on web, app and installation projects.I’m a confident and compelling communicator. I’ve enjoyed presenting at international conferences (UX London, Content by Design, UXPA International etc.) and have been published in the Journal of Usability Studies. I regularly write winning proposals, as well as pitch and present to senior stakeholders.I am actively involved in sharing with and learning from the UX community. This includes being on the organising committee for the popular annual UX Camp Brighton un-conference, volunteering as a submissions reviewer for the international UXPA conference, and giving lecturers and running workshops at both Sussex University and University of Brighton to their HCI students.
