My name is Chris LaBlanc I am a father of four boys have been extremely happily married for 14 years. I have lived all over the Western United States and have lived in the Cedar City, Utah area for going on 7 years. Since moving to the Cedar City area I got back in the mining industry from my experience when I was 16-19 years of age. I have over 6 years in the mining or manufacturing of resource process. I have been certified to run heavy equipment from a d-10 to a case 1835. I worked on ball mills, roller mills, Sagg mills, conveyor belts and computer software for these manufacturing processes including doing maintenance for a majority of this equipment. I recently completed my certification for RVIA/RVDA technician in March of this year, was 1st in my class. Due to the mining industry in my area taking a bad economic hit I was laid off and was just looking for anything. I found a job in the trailer industry and become general manager of the store, that took a chance on me, in less than 3 months. I work hard, learn fast and am dedicated to innovating any system to make a job more efficient to get more tasks done in a timely manner. I take responsibility for those risks and know their is a solution to all problems. Due to my area of expertise I got picked by a corporation to be their Manager of Operations. I am an entrepreneur/intrepreneur at heart. I love to innovate and make systems run more efficient to help the bottom line. This is the reason I am consistent in reading and listening about, leadership, problem solving, emotional intelligence and dealing with people.
