JUMP! is a non–profit social enterprise that works to inspire, empower, and engage individuals in leadership development, community building, and global citizenship education. Lead global financial planning and strategic management across four international regions (budgeting, forecasting, cash management, financial modeling, annual audit).  Support overall operational and business development objectives with regional directors to achieve short-term and long-term sustainability and growth of respective regions.  Develop and enhance financial and accounting systems for efficiency and faster delivery of dashboards, data analytics and financial / operational reporting. Responsible for organizational legal compliance, risk management, insurance policies; support set-up of new country registration and compliance across five legal entities.  Responsible for human resource management (recruitment, staff learning & development, compensation & benefits, development of organizational wide policies to support operational efficiencies.)
