As all major competitors were all sold out, I still had products flowing into our warehouses keeping us in stock, growing sales, gaining market share, and creating new customers that had never shopped with us before.Sanitation StationAs COVD-19 was becoming an international threat, the need to have sanitary supplies was paramount to the safety and well-being of our communities. I quickly moved to secure all available inventory in touch-less soap dispensers, pumps, and refills. I then worked with our suppliers to establish a “sanitation station” in all stores by prioritizing and expediting all soap and sanitary products for a one-stop-shop.
