I was responsible for recruiting regionally for Information Technology professionals, most notably software engineers, system engineers, and system administrators, who hold a government issued TS/SCI and Full Scope Polygraph security clearance, Language Analysts, Linguists, and Human Resources Professionals. I performed phone screens, assisted in interview preparation, negotiated salary and created/sent offer letters. Utilized ICIMS (Van Dyke) and Taleo (Jacobs) to track employee progress and updated regularly. Took a leadership role to within recruiting department with transition between companies. Ran weekly recruiting meeting with all Program Managers and Senior leaders giving updates on all open requisitions while handling necessary job board clean up. In house ICIMS expert handling requisition transfer between ICIMS and Taleo. Responsible for building lasting relationships with candidates in to cultivate referrals and maintain credibility.
