This challenging position entailed management of 16 residential homes for 47 adults with disabilities and direct oversight of 11 Program Supervisors and 125 staff members. Other duties included; enforcing agency policy and procedures, writing and conducting employee evaluations, mentoring employees, creating training programs for staff, creating work schedules, participating in and conducting safety reviews, and providing customer service to clients and their families.

This position consisted of many responsibilities including supervising 30 Behavioral Health Professionals and collaborating with 34 families of children with Axis I Behavioral Diagnosis'. Other duties included; scheduling and assigning workers with families, conducting weekly staff meetings, reviewing employee work performance, training employees in 2 mandated certification classes, and collaborating with Clinical Therapists to create behavior based treatment plans.
