Project Director for Package 2 - Airside, Landside, Utilities and Associated Works for the new Noida International Airport in Jewar, Utter Pradesh, in the Delhi NCR (National Capital Region).Seconded from Bechtel Infrastructure in to the Tata Projects EPC team, responsible for delivery of all aspects of Phase 1 of the airport including the runway, taxiways, aprons and various buildings including the ATC/ARFF combined building, with the exception of the Terminal (Package 1).

Responsible for the delivery & handover of the Main Stations group of work locations including: 2 Transfer stations, 2 Deep Underground stations, 2 Park & Ride buildings, and 1 Depot containing the Operation & Control Centre for Line 1.The 7 sites are spread over 20 miles of Line 1, have a workforce of 4700 and staff of 120 and include the high profile Olaya (STC) and National Museum interchange stations.

Responsible for all building finishes on Line 1 across: 3 Main/Interchange stations, 12 Deep Underground stations, 8 Elevated stations, 11 Egress shafts, 3 Park & Ride buildings, and 2 Depots, with the exception of KAFD station. The role covers material approvals and mock ups, architectural finish interfaces with MEP devices, as well as shop drawings, combined services drawings, installation details, and technical problem resolution. .

Responsible for the site operations of all subcontractors working in the Passenger Terminal Complex – the Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) and the three Piers.Construction subcontractor workforce ~ 1,000 across the PTC, not including JV partner - the MEP contractor.
