Importantly, I understand why: Build the right team with the right process, and iterate for effective success!I adopted Agile in ‘06, then Scrum (CSM) in '09, and have recently added Kanban values. I’ve designed and coached dual shore teams, to find that right team makeup and agile process that worked between the UK and India. I am a Jira admin and use Zenhub and other cloud tools for monitoring and reporting metrics.As Development manager of teams, I strive to get the best from personnel and technology. I agree with Dan Pink’s motivational theories, and believe social engineering is at the heart of a good software team. I’ve managed development teams to produce some exceptional systems, and have experience of full lifecycle. I’m familiar with managing teams using Java frameworks, NOSQL, MarkLogic, Perl, containers, and devops etc. I’m not an active developer, but am learning Python. Given time, I’d like to explore Data science, AI and visualization technologies. To network and to fulfil my natural curiosity, I attend meet-ups such as SW Cloud, Tech Spark (Bristol), MarkLogic, SW Data and Bath Scrum user groups.I value relationships and communications at all levels, and describe my style as honest and zesty ;-)@chrisrhayes2
