For the last two decades, I've had the privilege of contributing to a number of amazing, values-centered organizations working for the public good, both in the US and internationally. My career path has taken me to an impoverished community in Nicaragua, a school for people who are visually impaired, a nationally-recognized media arts org, several ed-tech focused programs, and now a public policy research center at a major university. At different points, my work has focused on teaching and curriculum development, grant-writing, and technology. Since 2017 I've been working in Operations and I'm totally in love with creating and fine-tuning systems that help others to thrive in their work. My core talent lies in demystifying processes that appear daunting and turning perceived obstacles into opportunities. Let's make it better!
