With a background as a general-practice solicitor, Chris went on to work in leadership within voluntary sector organisations. Chris established Peaceworks in 1999 as a social enterprise to explore various aspects of collaboration and conflict management. In 2012 he went on to found Schoolsworks Academy Trust, a successful multi-academy trust currently educating over 3,300 children, and worked as its CEO for 10 years."I have known Chris for more than 5 years.
