ELI5, “Explain Like I'm Five” – that’s what IT teams should be focused on. IT has a habit of making things overly complex and full of jargon, but I don't think it has to be like this. My strategy is to explain complex challenges and solutions in a simple way.When I'm not trying to distil complex solutions, I spend my time focusing on being a great dad, partner, and mentor. Sometimes, I spend my days off hooked up to a blood platelet donation machine and am very proud to have made over 50 donations so far.
