YVR's primary liaison for CBSA, USCBP and CATSA. Responsible for managing various operational programs such as Primary Inspection Kiosks (PIK)/Automated Passport Control (APC), In-Transit Pre-Clearance (ITPC), International-to-Domestic (ITD) and International-to-International (ITI).

Responsible for operational oversight of YVR's processes including Security in Advance of Pre-clearance, In-Transit Pre-clearance processes, Automated Passport Control and Primary Inspection Kiosk (previously Automated Border Clearance) programs.

Planned, managed and implemented business process improvements with a focus on enhancing the passenger experience. Developed, documented and oversaw the implementation of operational plans for terminal and customer care operations that ensured frontline operational readiness during peak travel periods and mitigated passenger disruption during construction projects and other irregular operations.

Built daily gate, check-in counter, and baggage carousel schedules, which often resulted in the need to troubleshoot multiple scheduling conflicts. Provided real-time information to stakeholders (carriers & vendors) and updated Baggage Information and Flight Information displays.

Managed YVR's customer care contract through daily operational oversight, as well as the tracking of key performance indictators and customer satisfaction.

Conducted recruitment activities in both Official Languages on behalf of Vancouver's Local Census Office during the 2011 Census.

Gathered data on various key performance indicators at the airport, including baggage delivery, passenger satisfaction and wait times at passenger screening and customs to facilitate an assessment of airport performance during the Olympic Games period. Built and maintained an Olympic arrivals and departures database that included information pertaining to athletes, members of the international media, Games time officials, dignitaries, as well as International Olympic Committee and National Olympic Committee members.

Supervised the day to day passenger operations of the cruise ship passenger program "US Direct", which served approximately 75,000 passengers each cruise ship season.
