I have six years of customer service experience, which prepared me to take on a larger responsibility.As a specialist in quality assurance, it makes me more meticulous and exacting when developing new standards. I can also support agents in ensuring high output standards without sacrificing other measures. I do coachings and chats to evaluate the difficulties faced by the agents and dig further into the fundamental causes to create better action plans.To provide the client a more comprehensive picture of how the firm is faring, I also provide business reports that include the site's quality status and ratings that are satisfactory.I can work under pressure as long as I manage my time well and complete my assignments on schedule.We had no idea that during this pandemic things like working from home would be feasible.
