During this time Mr. Lancaster aided in the development of this $300M, 230 acre resort that offered 1,500 guest rooms and 445,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space. Mr Lancaster worked directly for Garritt Toohey, Vice President of Rosen Hotels, Daniel Gutierrez, Director of Engineering and WELBRO in the Design Coordination and Budgeting for this development. Additional items includes building close out / owner approval of 22,400 square foot Clubhouse and close out / verification of $1M+ in landscaping on a 18 hole, par 72 (7,228 yard) championship golf course and research performed saved an estimated $2M in governmental fees. Resort built debt free.

Genoa, Italy

This fellowship was in conjunction with Boston University & Terminal Messina, Mr. Lancaster assisted with a 1.7M sq. ft. yard expansion, this included a material handling capacity analysis and ACAD layout that included positioning of railways, port cranes, cargo ships, and import/export TEU containers.Scope included identification of Rows Size for Container Storage Area in relation to final destination, ship to be used, size (20’, 40’, 40’HC), and considering available space on the yard. Here Mr. Lancaster developed seven years of retail experience. Starting as an associate he handled backroom stock replenishment, front-end retail sales and pharmacy fulfillment. Later he transitioned to a management role assisting with new store openings and w/e management.Eckerds was sold off in split sales to CVS in 2004 and RiteAid in 2006.
