I started my career in enterprise software as an Account Executive at a FinTech company, where I helped small and mid-sized businesses grow by utilizing advanced marketing tools to enhance customer loyalty and increase revenue. My passion for fostering strong partnerships and delivering meaningful value led me to Netsmart, where I focus on improving client outcomes through thoughtful collaboration across people, processes, and technology.I hold a dual Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Kansas, which informs my analytical and ethical approach to leadership and problem-solving. My experience in client relationship management, teamwork, and strategic thinking has been acknowledged with several awards, including the "Values Matter," "Soaring Eagle," "100% Club," and "Rising Star" awards. Additionally, I led the creation of Netsmart’s first I/DD Leadership Summit, demonstrating my commitment to innovation and client success.Based in Kansas City, MO, I live with my fiancée and our chihuahua. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and making music with friends.
