As the Director of Recruiting and Staff Development for Spherexx.com®I provide strategic direction and objectives of the recruiting department, which in turn supports the business’s growth while simultaneously maintaining culture and quality standards.

In addition to my role as Director of Recruiting and Staff Development, I oversee the relationships of key accounts. I work with our internal team to offer strategic solutions in order to maintain and further develop relationships with these partners.

INFC is the premiere youth sports conference in the United States.. Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma the league offers Flag football, tackle football, cheer, pom, dance, recreational basketball, competitive basketball, lacrosse, 7 on 7 passing leagues, to over 25,000 youth in the NE Oklahoma area.As Conference Coordinator I was involved in all executive league operations, sponsorship relations, marketing, conference scheduling, and logistics for 40 leagues and over 350 teams.

As Paralegal for one of the founding partners, I focused primarily on complex contract negotiations and disputes; personal injury; malpractice, wrongful death and succession/estate law.
