Held both the Assistant Manager-Merchandise and Assistant Manager-Operations positions. Controlled the flow of merchandise to the sales floor and partnered with department coordinators to ensure that visual merchandising was at or above company standards. Oversaw hiring and scheduling process as well and training and development of key positions with an eye to associate promotion.
