I work with a team of business administration associates, managers, and directors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of these projects, while adhering to the organization's policies and standards. I also provide customer service, data analysis, and data entry support to the organization's stakeholders, including members, partners, and vendors.My passion for business administration and sport management stems from my academic background and professional experience. I hold a Master of Science in Sport Management from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, with a minor in Business Administration, from Longwood University. I have also obtained multiple certifications, such as North Carolina Notary Public, North Carolina eNotary, and Compassionate Leader Certificate. Before joining North Carolina Healthcare Association, I was a Manager of Business Administration at Greensboro Swarm, where I managed the daily operations and financial activities of the NBA G League team.I am a skilled and experienced business professional, with a strong focus on general finance, business and operations management, customer service, data analysis, and data entry. I am also a compassionate and collaborative leader, who values teamwork, communication, and innovation.
