CurrentOversee benefits administration for the Americas which includes the US, Brazil and Canada. Manage leave of absence process, coordinating with employees on FMLA, paid parental leave and Disability. Complete annual nondiscrimination testing, audit and employer match true up for 401(k) plan.Prepare and finalize annual ACA forms for employees and the IRS.Oversee COBRA process with vendor and carriers.Partner with brokers on annual renewal process. Troubleshoot issues with vendor interface files.Conduct benefits presentation at virtual orientation for new hires.Lead annual US Open Enrollment including development of communications, educational sessions, system set up and delivery of enrollment files. Lead implementation of file feed set up with new carriers. Collaborate with accounting on necessary reconciliation and reporting. Regularly audit payroll deductions.Participate in Mintel’s Wellness Committee, assisting with regular communications and employee events.
