Worked with local non-profits to research and pursue grant funding opportunities. Co-wrote a proposal that secured $20,000 in funding for a Milwaukee, WI group home. Gained experience using online grant research and funding resources, including the Foundation Center, Guidestar, Hoover’s Online, Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance, and Grants.gov.

Served as the primary editor for a multimillion-dollar facilities plan, including maintaining an editing schedule, coordinating graphics staff and report authors, and maintaining a point of contact between client and editing team.
