I currently manage the technical service desk which includes requests, incidents, permissions, network access, and security for approximately 350 PCs and Laptops, supporting approximately 250 employees, interns, and contractors operating along the east coast from Boston to South Florida. EDENS End-Users enjoy a high level of service and communication from our Service Desk.Special Projects:-Improved the EDENS onboarding and offboarding processes. Responsible for managing the bank’s IT Data Security, Audit, Support Documentation, Vendor Management, IT Change Management Documentation, IT Purchases, IT Billing, IT Reporting, IT Support Knowledgebase, IT Incident Management, IT Process Improvement, and front-end IT Support in order to provide and maintain efficient, cost-effective technical support. Our support fleet includes (approx.): 1800 employees, 2500 workstations (XP and Win7), 400 cellular devices, 293 multifunction devices, 700 network printers, 220 servers, and 300+ applications.Special Assignments/Projects:-Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for IT Management and Bank Executive Leadership Team-Facilitate IT Change Management meetings -Design, build and maintain SharePoint sites for: IT Policies and Procedures, Software License Inventory, Hardware Inventory, and IT Data Disposal Records.-Bank Acquisitions and Conversation Tasks: Since I have been with FCB, we have had 2 FDIC bank assisted purchases (acquisitions) and 4 conversions oAcquisition Tasks – responsible for setting up FCB employees with the acquired bank’s core banking access, coordinating network access, and document all IT FDIC retention requirements. oConversion Tasks – Conversion tasks are equal to new branch and back office build-outs as noted previously.-SAWS (Special Assets Workflow System) Project: Although I’ve not held a project manager title, I was given the opportunity to lead a project where I fulfilled the role of Project Manager. This project implemented a live documentation system used as a repository for all FCB “Loss-Share Loans”. In the end, the project that I lead was a success and continues to assist in bringing in revenue for the bank each quarter. The process was so successful that FCB was able to sell and host the design for another bank which ended in an additional income stream.
