Spending many years as a Director of Operations for two outstanding, highly successful armoring companies, has provided me with a vast spectrum of essential business and organizational skills. From the crucial understanding of inner departmental dependencies and policies, to hands on research and development of product design, concept and creation, there is no challenge I will not accept. Guiding sales to solution, creating HR and quality control and safety departments and policies within them, inventory structure, tracking, and logistics, lean manufacturing, project management from cradle to grave and product development have all been a part of my journey to success. At my core, I believe the employees are the backbone of any company. Knowing how to build and encourage successful teams within the organization, built around a sustainable framework is paramount to a companies survival and prosperity. Believing in, guiding, supporting, and nurturing the teams is one of the most valuable foundations a company can be built on.
